We are looking for a strategic and outcome-driven Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead the vision, strategy, and growth of our EdTech and SaaS platforms. In this role, you will take full ownership of product direction by identifying opportunities, defining what to build, and driving measurable business impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, while delivery execution will be supported by the Project Management team.
Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap
Identify growth opportunities through user behavior, market trends, and data insights
Make data-driven decisions to improve user engagement, retention, and monetization
Work closely with leadership to align product direction with business goals
Translate high-level business needs into clear product requirements and priorities
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure strong product outcomes
Partner with the Project Manager to ensure smooth and efficient execution
Define and track product KPIs and continuously optimize performance
Drive product innovation and differentiation in a competitive EdTech/SaaS landscape
Own product success metrics and take accountability for outcomes
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in Product Management (SaaS, EdTech, or digital platforms)
Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and decision-making
Proven ability to work on scalable, high-usage products
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly solutions
Ability to challenge assumptions and think from a business and user perspective
Experience in B2B and/or B2C software products
Background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or GA4
Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
Understanding of UI/UX principles and customer journey mapping
