Quality Analyst

About Us

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Analyst with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our growing team at BITNET Infotech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through quality assurance processes, testing, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards and enhance overall product performance.

Responsibilities

Perform quality checks, testing, and audits to ensure software deliverables meet defined quality standards.
Develop and execute quality assurance processes and testing strategies.
Identify defects, issues, and areas for improvement in software applications and workflows.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
Maintain documentation related to testing procedures, quality reports, and audit findings.
Monitor and improve quality management processes and standards.
Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback to improve product quality.
Ensure timely reporting and communication of testing progress and quality metrics.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
Strong understanding of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management concepts.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with quality management systems, testing methodologies, and QA tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience in software testing or quality assurance within an IT/software company.
Knowledge of manual testing and basic understanding of automation testing concepts.
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies is a plus.
