Junior Project Manager

About Us

LeadTower.io is an exciting startup dedicated to revolutionizing LinkedIn sales automation. Our innovative platform helps businesses streamline their sales processes and enhance productivity. We are looking to scale our technical team with a talented Middle-Level Backend Developer who has experience in AI.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing IT projects across various departments (software development, web/app development, infrastructure, etc.)
  • Coordinate daily project tasks, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a communication bridge between project managers, clients, and technical teams.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or issues. Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
  • Help manage resource allocation and ensure team members are aligned with project objectives.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and meet client expectations.
  • Participate in client calls, internal meetings, and sprint planning sessions. Support Agile/Scrum processes where applicable.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management in an IT or software company (internship experience also considered).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana). Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) or Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under pressure. A collaborative mindset and the desire to grow into a senior project management role.

Professional Experience

Min. 1 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or junior project management roles — preferably within an IT services, software development, or tech startup environment

Technical & Functional Knowledge

Basic understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall

Familiarity with tools like

  • Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp,
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), web/app development, or IT infrastructure.
