Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Product Demo Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and experience delivering online product demonstrations to potential customers. This role is crucial for engaging leads, understanding customer needs, and driving conversions through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and online meetings to introduce and explain our products/services.
- Conduct online product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and use cases tailored to customer needs.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, build rapport with prospects, and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Understand customer pain points and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated from digital campaigns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in SaaS, software, or product-based companies).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with online tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams for product demos.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or online product demos.
- Background in B2B or B2C sales.
- Experience in handling international clients is a plus.
