Privacy Policy

Promptify Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a lightweight app that lets you browse and copy AI photo editing prompts and open them in third-party tools (e.g., Google AI Studio / Gemini). We designed the app to collect as little information as possible.

What we do not collect or store

• No account creation, login, or passwords.
• No name, email address, phone number, or profile picture.
• No photo uploads or image content processing inside our app.
• No in-app purchase identifiers (currently no purchases).

Third-party SDKs used in the app

Although we do not store personal data on our own servers, the following service providers may process limited device/app information to enable core features:

• Google Firebase (e.g., Analytics and Crashlytics)
  • Purpose: basic usage analytics, performance metrics, and crash diagnostics to improve stability.
  • Data types (examples): app events, crash logs, device/OS info, app version, approximate location (derived from IP).
• OneSignal (Push Notifications)
  • Purpose: deliver optional push notifications about new or trending prompts.
  • Data types (examples): device push token, device/OS info, language/region, notification delivery and open metrics.

These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and may act as independent controllers for certain activities. We do not sell personal data.

How information is used

• Operate and improve app features and stability (Firebase analytics/crash reports).
• Send optional push notifications you opt in to receive (OneSignal).

Your choices and controls

• Notifications: You can enable/disable push notifications anytime in your device settings.
• Analytics/ads preferences: Platform controls (e.g., limit ad tracking / reset advertising ID) may reduce certain analytics or personalization signals.
• Uninstall: Removing the app stops data collection and typically invalidates the device push token at the provider.

Data retention

We do not maintain user profiles or store personal data on our servers. Analytics and notification metadata are retained by Firebase/OneSignal per their own retention schedules. We may keep aggregated, de-identified statistics to understand overall usage trends.

Children’s privacy

The app is not directed to children under the age where consent is required by local law (e.g., 13/16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures and rely on reputable providers (Firebase and OneSignal). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data on servers located in other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied by those providers.

Third-party links

The app may link to external services like Google AI Studio / Gemini. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Policy.

Data access/deletion requests

Because we do not host user accounts or store personal data on our servers, there is typically no account data for us to delete. If you believe your device record should be removed from push services, contact us at promptify@bitnetinfotech.com and we will assist, or disable notifications/uninstall the app from your device.

Note: If we later introduce sign-in or user accounts, we will update this Policy and request any required consents before collecting additional information.
